Brownie, is a classic, one of our favourite, and probably the only one my wife can do better as anyone I know. Outside crunchy, inside juicy, chocolate with choko, and a bit more choko taste.
Just a vanilla ice and whipped cream on the side.

First of all melt some dark chocolate slowly on steam, with butter.

In another bowl prep a few eggs with caster sugar and vanilla-sugar.
Best choice to get fresh eggs from market.

Beat it well, to get a nice thick foam, better to use a blender as whisk.
Mix together the egg with the melted chocolate, then fold the flour gently, try not to break the dough.

Pour your dough into tray, with parchment paper, and put in to preheated oven 175-180°C for 25-30 minutes, even depends on your oven, and the thickness of your dough.

Now the top of your brownie is crunchy, the middle should be juicy, and soft, just like on the picture below.
